Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
How will I know if my order has been confirmed?

How long does shipping take?

How can I track my order?

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Why hasn't my tracking information updated?
Tracking information may take some time to update after shipment. This is normal during the transportation process.

Are Velqueno products true to size?
